The dynamics of relationships are very interesting, as I have always called them, when you are playing the game and surrounded by spectators watching everything you do, and a alot of the time we are not aware of how we are showing up for ourselves and the people we are in relationship with. A lot of the time, we become stuck, frustrated and resentful because, for some strange reason, they don’t get us or understand who we really are.

Half the time, we really don't know ourselves. So many
people end up running away, having affairs, or leaving the family nest, and then the habitual patterns start again and again.
For some, they might meet someone who gets them, and this is wonderful, but if we haven't worked on ourselves, it will slowly come back, and this is where somatic sexology comes into play in life.

The somaticness of slowing down and feeling into our own sensations, and being able to fully see our unique individual self, and being able to express our desires and sexuality with the people who love us.
Once we can understand ourselves, others can connect sexually and who doesn’t want to be seen, heard and loved?

Sessions are grounding, nourishing and juicy. Depending on what modality we co-create, they can range from breath play, eye gazing, asking for what you want, exploring conversations, sharing your desires, to kink play.

We work at your pace, and whenever you need to rest,
you are in full control.
I am there in full presence as a somatic sexology practitioner, co-creating something special for you both to learn and explore.
