A somatic bodywork session designed to support any concerns or challenges you may be experiencing around intimacy, sexuality, pleasure, connection, or your relationship with your body.

Over time, often without us realising, we can develop habits, protective patterns, and ways of being that make it difficult to feel relaxed, present, and comfortable in our bodies.

These patterns can contribute to physical tension, discomfort, reduced pleasure, anxiety, or difficulty connecting with ourselves and others during intimate experiences.

Our bodies are more than physical structures. They can hold the imprint of past experiences, emotions, and learned responses that may continue to influence how we feel, relate, and respond in intimate situations.

Using a range of somatic practices, I support you in bringing awareness to these patterns and learning new ways of relating to your body. Together we explore both the physical and emotional aspects of what may be holding you back, creating greater ease, connection, embodiment, and access to pleasure.
